We work to implement interventions of primary healthcare and financial empowerment by mobilizing communities in taking care of their health, by leveraging the use of Community Health Volunteers in the rural areas. Through helping to set up new local groups and working with established ones, we have created a cooperative network of community health volunteers/health workers who- through appropriate training and support, are empowered not only in community mobilization but also in assessment of health-related issues in the community identify and monitor, and identification of appropriate actions at that level.
With years of experience, our team will partner with communities and co-create health interventions that are sustainable and are of impact.We understand the importance of community partnerships, Thynk Care develops relationships with individuals, neighborhoods,health facilities , the Faith Community and other agencies to identify community health and development issues and work together to develop solutions.
