Phaustine earned her Higher Diploma in Midwifery at KMTC then called the Medical Training Center at the Kenyatta National Hospital and specialized in General Nursing and Midwifery. Her 37+ years of experience as a Chief Registered Nurse and Hospital Manager provides great insight. Her passion is in women's healthcare and helping women with fertility issues and at-risk pregnancies.
Faith is Ph.D. Candidate of Project Management at the University of Nairobi, her area of focus is Community Health and Development Projects . She is a YALI Fellow, an initiative launched by former US President Barack Obama. Leveraging her knowledge in technology, experience in healthcare with marginalized groups and her passion for public health, Faith has a great interest in integrating disability-centred design thinking into project management to address inequalities and improve social policies in Africa.
Thynk Care Advisory board members are hand-selected and targeted for the expertise in health and education. Our advisory board members help to fill in gaps of knowledge. Advisory board members are strictly consultative in nature.
We have a network of Volunteers across different counties that are dedicated and empowered with basic knowledge , skills and competencies to enable them function as effective agents of our mission in the communities we partner with.
