Phaustine earned her Higher Diploma in Midwifery at KMTC then called the Medical Training Center at the Kenyatta National Hospital and specialized in General Nursing and Midwifery. Her 37+ years of experience as a Chief Registered Nurse and Hospital Manager provides great insight. Her passion is in women's healthcare and helping women with fertility issues and at-risk pregnancies.
Faith graduated from the University Of Nairobi with MA Project Planning and Management with a focus in Community Health and Development Projects . She also holds a Higher Diploma in Community Health Practice from the Amref International University. Leveraging her knowledge in technology, experience in healthcare with marginalized groups and her passion for public health, Faith founded the organization to promote care seeking and motivate communities to adopt healthy practices to avoid adverse effects of diseases that can be preventable .

We have a network of Community Health Volunteers across different counties that are dedicated and empowered with basic knowledge , skills and competencies to enable them function as effective agents of health service delivery in the communities.

We do that, by creating a cooperative network of community health volunteers who- through appropriate training and support, are empowered not only in community mobilization but also in assessment of health-related issues in the community and identification of appropriate actions at that level.
